In observance of Independence Day, camp will be closed July 5th.

TRANSPORTATION:

Sprout Westchester provides safe and reliable satellite transportation throughout most of Westchester and Riverdale. Bus stops range from a 2 to 15 minute walk or drive from your home. All of our buses are air-conditioned and have seat belts. Each bus is staffed by a counselor who ensures that your child is comfortable and enjoys the ride.

In general, morning pick-ups are between 8:05am and 8:40am. In the afternoon, children arrive home between 4:10pm and 5:00pm We communicate with parents and give multiple updates throughout the ride. Parents will have a direct number to our Bus Captains.

CREDIT CARD POLICY:

Sprout Westchester is a non-profit organization. We strive each season to provide an excellent camp program with the highest standards. The tuition at increases slightly due to operation costs and yearly improvements and upgrades to our program. One of the highest costs we incur is credit card processing.

In order to be able to continue to develop our excellent programming, we are forced, like many other non-profits and academic institutions, to update our payment policy. Families that choose to pay by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee.

If you would like to avoid this charge, you can choose eCheck as your payment method.  Our new payment method, eCheck, will allow tuition to be deducted directly from either your checking or savings account.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A full refund of the deposit and any tuition paid, less the $150 registration fee per child, is available for cancellations received by April 15th. After April 15th, a tiered policy will be in place as follows:
  • Cancellations from April 16th through May 1st will receive a refund of any tuition paid, less the deposit and registration fee.
  • Cancellations from May 2nd through May 31st, will receive a 50% refund of all monies paid towards deposits and tuition, less the registration fee.
  • There will be absolutely no refunds for cancellations in the month of June, and cancellations will forfeit 100% of tuition paid, including the registration fee and deposit.
